“ We were told to come to this beachside classic, and we are so glad we did. The line moves pretty quickly and is definitely worth the wait. They have so many tasty donuts and baked goods that are fresh and affordable. I got the ham, cheese, and jalapeno croissant, and it hit the spot. We also got a bunch of donuts, which were all so good and were a nice treat while walking on the beach. The vibe here is mostly takeout so plan accordingly! The staff are very nice as well, but make sure you have your order prepped since things start moving quickly once you get inside! ”
“ Seaside is in a prime location on Balboa Island. Parking was free when we came there around 10pm. The queue was a little long but when by relatively quickly. It took us around 20 min to get in. I order the green thai tea (medium size) and I enjoyed floral esque taste of the drink and how refreshing it was. ”
“ I had been told that Seaside was a must-visit now that I live in the area, and it didn't disappoint! We went for a little post-lunch dessert on a Saturday, and to our appreciation there was absolutely no line (that had been a concern of ours). It is a cute little bakery in the corner of a block, right across from Newport Beach, and so once we got our donuts we walked 20 feet, and then ate them looking out at the water, which was really lovely. They warmed up the Jalapeño croissant for us, which made the inside filling nice and gooey, and we were big fans! The only reason I wouldn't give them 5 stars is that I didn't feel like it was too different from any other local donut shop I have been to (and there are quite a few around the area), but the beach location was absolutely lovely, so if I could give a 4.5 for that, I would! Seaside Donuts is definitely a place worth trying if you are in the area - you can never go wrong with some fresh donuts!! ”

“ I love how Seaside is open 24/7, 365 days a week! The donuts are always prepared fresh. Lines can be pretty long if you go during peak hours but the service is relatively quick. It's a nice spot to go to if you're in the OC area and you want something to eat or drink. There's no seating inside but you can hang around the beach that's right across the store. Fruity Pebbles Donut - Crunchy Fruity Pebble cereal, nice donut glaze, not too sweet! I enjoyed every bite! Ham & Cheese with Jalapeños Croissant - Super delicious, the Jalapeños adds a nice kick to the croissant. Ham is hot and cheese is melty! I heard the Green Thai Tea drink is great too according to friends, but I never tried it myself. I'll try it the next time I'm back here! ”
